hello everyone...
i have a female ball python that's around 2000+ grams. she's in the middle of a shed right now and hasn't eaten in 3 1/2 months. she has been with a male and copulated with him. now my confusion is that she has been gaining some girth while in a shed cycle. but her under belly is quite soft and mushy. could this be an over due defecation, a sign that she is gravid or could it be something that needs immediate vet attention. any help or comments will be appreciated.
