Does anyone have or know of a good place to see pics. of black blzzard leopards?
I got this girl in about a month ago with a group of regular blizzards. She was pure black when I got her and thought it was just stress, but she has remained this dark. The guy that I got her from had gotten the blizzards in on a trade and he said that she stayed that black too, but he just thought it was stress also. I have had her in my care for this last month and she eats, poops, and acts normal but stays this coloring. Don't know for sure, but will be interesting to see if she stays this way.
which one are you talking about? one of them is a normal blizzard the other is an AFT which shouldn't be kept with leos.
-----
What are you talking about? What the heck is an AFT. She is housed sepeartely for your information anyway.
She is a leopard gecko, just all black, Maybe the pic is confusing you but she is not an AFT.
can you post more/better pics? she looks very much like an AFT. And in very low lighting dark normal leos can appear almost black.
-----
The front view for you...
that view makes it look unlike an AFT. But its head appears kind large for a leo, but it does look like a leo. Can you get some pics with better lighting? what was it sold to you as?
-----
she looks like a dark blizzard to me...not sure why you're having so much trouble seeing that...she's not dark enough to be a dark normal; you'd still see the black spots. I think the shadows in that last pic make her head look big.

-ignorance is not to be punished when one is trying to gain knowledge...what scares me is the vast number of people who, when given the information to gain knowledge, choose to ignore it.
im not having trouble, its just that i believe that with better lighting it would look SO much nicer. Also, i noticed the shadows when you pointed the head out.

It looks nothing like a AFT to me. Not sure what your seeing.
