Can satanic geckos be held a lot or are they pretty fragile?

if you take a good look at them, you can see they're pretty fragile little creatures. their limbs are twig-like, and the tail is pretty big in comparison with the overall size, connected by a small bit of tail to the rest of the body. when i handle mine, it is only for very short periods of time. i had a male that was pretty calm in my hands, but my female is often sitting still UNTIL i get her in my hands, when she just doesnt seem to want to stop walking. same thing goes for at least one of the babies. and if you are lucky enough to have some, youll see that the tiny babies are so fragile it seems anything could hurt them.
