Fun Food at the Chinese Supermarket

madmatt Apr 13, 2004 08:29 PM

OK, Unusual deepfrozen snacks for variety. Assuming bugs killed off by deep freeze (know that is a big "If" has anyone tried these foods for fun and variety.
So many long narrow pieces of meat, but the top three alluring choices for me after frozen sea cucumbers would have to be:

1 small eels (great subsitute for a snake, no?)
2 frog legs
3 any of countless varieties of small long narrow fish in addition to smelt.

Almost got into trouble with playing with the live food zoo in the tubs.

Matt

Are you talking about eating this stuff yourself, or feeding it to indigos?

I personaly have eaten many a frog leg. Very good. Like chicken, but kinda sweet.
