Overfeeding a leo ?

Mizar 21 Apr 13, 2004 09:25 PM

I'm a bit worried about overfeeding my baby leo. He's a little pig...I give him 6 to 8 medium crix everynight and he do eat them all ! I give him one by one and he hunt them down to the last...After i stop feeding him, he's got a full and round belly . What can be too much ?

growing leos should be fed as much as they'll eat (if they eat too much they'll throw up and learn thier lesson!...lol). Once leos are adults however, some can become overweight...but its usually not a problem

And the size of the crix ? He ate crix that are pretty big today, he do chew them up good.

As long as he can catch 'em and down 'em, don't worry about it!
