need info please

Lisette* Apr 14, 2004 01:18 AM

Hi all, I need info on Senegals, aside from them being hard to keep and having a heavy parasitic load because of most of them being WC. I was "inherited" one a few days ago and am going crazy trying to research them. He/she is currently in a reptarium, with pothos and branches. Won't eat from cup, but is readily eating mealworms, waxworms and gutloaded crickets from my hand. Misting the enclosure twice a day (not sure what the humidity is supposed to be) and drinking water nicely form the dripper. The enclosure is outdoors so there's no UVB bulb but has a basking light for the wind is cool. I think he is about 4 or 5 months old. Can anyone help me out? Thank you in advance, Lisette

Hi Lisette,

I can't help you out with info except to do some searches and check out Adcham.com's profile. however, might I make a suggestion re: your post. If you specifically state that you need help with senegals in the subject line you will get folks who have actual experience or can send you to appropriate sites. just a thought
