Hi, I´m very confused about this simple question;
Between a male and a female boa, wich one grow faster????
In my experience..........It really depends on the animal. Some boas just grow larger and quicker than others. It really is hard to nail down a hard and fast rule.
My my own animals......All of the males have grown faster than the females. But, the females pass them up after a certian point and become the larger animal.

From what I have seen in my collection. My males tend to grow the fastest for the first two years then they slow down. The females that I have grown from babies tend to take off on their second year. Now this is only if you feed the same. I have some females which I have got to six feet in a matter of two years. There are just to many factors to decide growth to give you a "100% this is the answer" genetics play a roll, how often they feed, what locale they are and so on.........
