may be stress related, may be parasites. Only way to know for sure is through quarintine, and a fecal. We cant tell you if your gecko has parasites so early, but a vet could. If your worried, get a fecal done.
And be sure to quarintine away from other animals for atleast 90 days.

Hi
Do you, or did the breader keep the gecko on calci-sand? and if so was it orange?.
TLB
I could see carrots doing that if the guy fed the crickets nothing but carrots. The orange in carrots "carrotene" is the product that they give some yellow cannaries when they are molting in order to give them a fake red factor coloration. Carrotene is also the chemical that makes flamingo's pink and orange they get it from the shellfish they eat. I suppose that if a guy fed only carrots to the crix it would have this effect on the poop for a bit. If it does not go away though I would have a fecal done. I always wondered what would happen if you gave baby leos carrotene water like what they color feed canaries with???? Brite orange geckos
