I have a total of 3.6 adult Lewisi crosses. This year one of my males is healing from a broken leg and is not in the mating mood. I have moved the females with the other males meaning that each male has 3 females that he could possibly mate.
sometimes when I get home from work, most of the females are on the second level of the cage or hiding in the boxes. It seems that they are running from the males. I usualy pick a female and place her on the floor with the male. The males sometimes quickly breeds the female.
The question here is do Cycluras breed more then once a day?
and with what frequency do they breed the females?
Thank you,
Manny
