romaine really isnt the greatest, i would stick to things like collard greens, endive, escarole, turnip greens, kale, mustard greens and things of the like, collard greens make an excellent main base to the salad, with lots of endive and escarole or bok choy, the kale and mustard greens can be rotated in for some selections for your dragon =)

Romaine isn't good as a stable...but it's fine when mixed with other more nutricious greens such as collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens, enchive and escarole. Parsley is good too, very high in calcium and it certainly smells nice when cut up.

if you feed to much parsley, however, you might have to put up with runny stool for awhile!
