Do Thamnophis shed prior to giving birth?

My tetrataenia looks gravid. I havent seen any copulations though this year, but she continues to gain weight, even she hardly eats any more. She has just started getting milky eyes, and I wonder when she will deposit her young (if gravid)
Weight is now 240g and she is only a little less than a meter. She was only 190g when she came out of hibernation.
