Well, considering that chams are native to habitats totally different than those in our (I assume you are from the US?) part of the world we can't really do this. No one has done much if any research on diet/prey preference for wild chams or on the nutritional balances of their native insects either. I just try to provide as much variety as possible and make sure what they do get is gutloaded and healthy.
