question about sexing(popping)...

symatic Apr 15, 2004 03:58 PM

I got two new hatchlings and i attemted to pop them. I was unable to see a hemipenis on either of them. The only thing that i noticed was a white buldge and some red on the top. But what did happen was some fluid came out. Is that normal? I'm new at this but i want to learn. I don't want to hurt them, so I am being pretty gentle. Any advice on this procedure would be useful.

Thanks sym

Everything sounds normal, it sounds like you got two girls. Small males will pop out easily, even larger ones pop out fairly easily.
