I found my smallest red eye today dead, he had substrate stuck to his back and looked as if he may have tried to jump onto a leaf and hit the waterfall rocks. I found him in a sort of sideways position as if he fell. He had blood coming from his nostril. Would an impact cause death in a red eye or could it be something else? I didn't see any other noticeable problems. He was adult but fairly small in comparison to some of the other adults. The blood suggests to me an impact but I was looking for some ideas from you guys. Sad day
