Well it sounds like you are in southern cali if you are looking at those stores and i have a few animals from each of those stores and i think that i would suggest that you get them from a breeder if you are looking for your first snakes, there isnt anything wrong with any of those stores but they tend to have alot of imported animals and i know personally some of the animals i have seen at two of those places in particular have had some mite and i know if this is your first little guy thats not something you want to worry about.. Anyways i would look up someone on the classifieds and get the Captive born and breed babies, BasicallyBoas.8M.com always has some normals around and Mike is an amazingly nice guy to deal with also.. I would say myself but i dont have any normals and besides i know Mike will treat you right and give you a good price... Anyways if you are here in Southern Cali im sure you could pick up a good CB redtailfrom the Pomona snake show May 15-16-17, somewhere in those three days You will find some good animals there and you wont have to pay for shipping..
