New Eggs not looking good!

SpikeNSquirt Apr 15, 2004 09:16 PM

Well as I reported earlier we got our first clutch ever this morning. As of tonight one of the eggs is almost completely sunken in, and the other is partially dented. I have another gravid female who I expect will be laying eggs in a few days. Is it common for a leos first clutch to not be sucessful? And how long should it take for the female who already laid her eggs to become gravid again?

Thanks from a newbie,
Tony

Humidity?? Try laying a damp paper towel over them. It is not uncommon for a females first clutch to be infertile. If they are infertile they will mold more than likely.
