I was wondering what is a good time to turn the night lights on for my WTF. Or should I just keep the time I have now which is 9:00 pm.

Thanks

It doesn't really matter when as long as you have them on a 12 hour cycle of lights on lights off. I do 12 hours UV light followed by 6 or so hours of red and moon light(for viewing). I keep the room their in dark so the outside light does not affect their cycle. My RETF's are set to turn their UV lights on at noon and off at midnight. I am a night owl and like to observe them late at night.
