Thanks for checking up- This is our first time- nothing yet- egg still looks good, but no movement-the clutchmate is denting in and actually has an outline of a baby on the top. have never seen a picture of this on line. I hope the eggs aren't bad. We have two more that our gecko laid two weeks ago and she's got 2 more in her belly. We are trying to hard, but have no idea what to even look for. The geckos were rescued by my daughter. The owners had cats with fleas and the fleas had gotten in their cages and were feeding on the poor geckos. That was about 9 months ago. With alot of tlc, they are now very healthy and happy. Now we're trying to help these eggs, plus we have 2 cornsnakes, 2 turtles, one 3 legged turtle, a toad, 2 birds and one hamster-all rescued. we love our little zoo!!!!

Well I hope you get them to hatch. Usually they will start to swell as the baby pushes around in the shell. Then they sweat and dent a little. I belive the sweating is actually the baby breaking the inner membranes letting the moisture seep out. Then they dent as the moisture escapes. Most of mine have hatched within 24 hours of these things. I have never seen one dent in where you could see the baby. I have seen them set in the shell for a few hours with their head out, would pull it back in when I opened the lid. How long have they been incubating and at what temps? Is the humidity still up? Hope all goes well.
