It depends on what you are looking for info on: wild vs. captive. There are a bunch of good 'natural history' sites up on the net, like Daniel Bennett's site: mampam.50megs.com, or Bernd Eidenmueller's(sorry if spelling's wrong) monitor_lizards.net.

As far as captive husbandry/breeding, etc, there are a plethora of great sites, including cybersalvator.com, varanus.nl, monitor_lizards.net, themonitorspot.com, as well as a bunch of others. I have a fairly large link page on my website, which I am adding to daily/weekly; you should be able to find a bunch more off of there.. I hope this helps,
