Aquatic From Missing Limb.

codec101 Apr 16, 2004 12:07 AM

Me and my gf both have our own small tanks with a frog and a fish in them both. Mine is a fantail and an aquatic frog as is heres and they all seem to get along ok. Yesterday, her frog sheded his/her skin. This morning, my gf noticed her frog is now missing one of its front legs from the elbow down. He is still alive, but staying towards the bottom, not moving around like usual. He still swims once and awhile, but not as much. Will the grow back or will he die? We have had them both for about a couple months now and before that they were in the same tank at the pet store.

is there something we can/should do and what will happen to him?

Ok well I guess there's a thing called a vet, and if the only help you seek is from people on a forum with unknown experience instead of actually trying to do something to help it, then the frog is probably better off dead than living with you.
