i saw a picture of a snake on a web site but the snake was not identified. it looked to be 4 to 6 feet long the main body was a neon blue to black finish and it had a pink head and a pink tail. id like to find some more pics of it. it looked beutiful.

That would be the Blue Long Glanded Coral Snake-Maticora bivirgata flaviceps, from Malasia.

That has a colubrid mimic... something like Calamaria?
(i think i'm the only person to go to a restaurant and try to order Calabari... )

No. The snake I mentioned Maticora f. is the mimic to Bungaris flaviceps. Calamarnae are unrelated burrowing snakes.
