cab robyn or someone please answer my question as im a bit worried about my young water monitor the question is a few down and is called "water monitor respiratory"

Please take your monitor to a qualified vet, and while its there, go to pro exotics website and refresh your husbandry. FR

what he said, plus look at your overnight lows. i have seen Waters with URI, but it has never been something that proper temps wouldn't fix in a couple of days. look at your night drops, many folks are not fully aware of how cold it gets at 3 in the morning...
