I have a jungle carpet python. She is currently in a 40 gallon glass tank with half of the top screen and the other have glass. In the future she will need a bigger enclosure. What would be better...a bigger( like 75 gallon)aquarium tank or one of those vison type cages? I like the glass tank so you can put a more natural looking background picture on them but they are very heavy when they are that big. I don't really like the vision cages other then the front door verse a aquarium having to reach in from the top. Any one have thoughts on the matter...Pros and cons for each type of enclosure. Also how do you heat a vision, or simular type of enclosure. I have the UTH on my glass tanks.

As long as you watch the humidity, especially during shedding time you should be fine with aquariums. If you like them better then stick with them! They work fine
