Snails

skinkgirl Apr 16, 2004 06:01 PM

I bought a "can o' snails" the other day on sale. Since I once heard that skinks love snails i thought it would be a real treat. They are de-shelled and ready for eating, the only problem is when I got home I found that they had been expired since january 8th 2004! I still have them sitting on the counter and have no I dea what to do with the. Will expired snails hurt my lizard? Or should I feed the snails to him anyway?
Please reply soon(I wanna be able to return them if they are dangerouse) thanks!

I doubt highly that they would exchange an expired product (although one could try). In any event, if exspired, my advice is not go there. Don't take the chance!
