'50/50' Banded X 'High Yellow' Banana

Just out of curiousity, anyone know what a '50/50' Banded X 'High Yellow' Banana pairing might produce(Assuming no hidden genes)?

Haven't done that particular project, but I have done a High White to a 50-50; in my case they were both het for albinism. What I got besides a few albinos was nothing less than a 50-50. In other words every baby was 50-50 to 90% white. No regular banded or stripes, etc... And since yours is yellow to a 50-50 black and white I would assume that you would get similar results. Nothing less than 50-50 and up to 90%. And guessing here, I would say that the yellow will dominate and most of your babies will have yellow or cream(mixture of yellow and white) instead of white or will within a year after hatching.

If you did this breeding please post pics of the parents and then the offspring. We would love to see the results.

Well, I'd imagine they'd look something like this. This lil guy was the first hatched and out from my 2002 clutch (pic was taken just after he emerged) from banded 50/50 female and banana male. Although the male is not high yellow, he is mostly yellow and certainly not pale in hue. I kept this one and one of his siblings, also strikingly marked, and he is now a bright shade of yellow base, black on the head and tail, and dark choc brown in the middle. I am currently expecting eggs from his mother and father again, hoping to get some females in the clutch this year as last year every one of them turned out to be males!
