heh... i just got into snakes about two months ago or so... i got a garter myself, but i'm going to be getting a king soon... anyhoo, the point is that i'm a complete novice on the whole snake scene, but when i saw this thread, i went in and looked at the pic... so i told myself, "nah, looks like a garter to me..." heh...

That would be a black marsh/swamp snake.
