is my beardies diet varied enough?

my beardies diet consists mainy of dandelion, kale, green/red leafed lettuce, carrots, t-rex moistened beardie dry food, crickets, mealies, waxies(once in a wile my mom gets them), plus all incects i feed her are dusted with rep-cal herptivite. should i offer her more variety, or is her diet good inough? thanx for any replies made!

That is a good diet but you might want to change it around every so often. you could add collard or turnip greens one week and than go back, than add a rasberry or mango slice occasionally. Maybe some peas. etc,

if your beardie is an adult, go easy on the mealies and waxworms. They are very high in fat, and the mealworms have high concentrations of chitin.

Feed more crickets, which are higher in fiber, low in fat, and great protein. And only sometimes offer a *little* mealies or waxies as a *treat*.

in fact, crickets are a good staple for beardies due to the low fat/high fiber content in the meat department. The veges department has great variety.
