If anyone is near Wheelers Cross, Barking, I have a fraudulant cashier's check for $6,ooo from somebody in that area. I am going to turn it in to the U.S. postal authorities. But if there is somebody near there who would like to turn the info in to the local authorities as well, the local police may do more with it than the US postmaster. Sure would be nice to nail one of these guys. This same scam has been going on a long time, but I doubt that these guys ever get caught.
I have lots of emails from him and can scan the check if anyone over there is interested. Or if you can contact the appropriate local law enforcement person and get me a name and email address, I could send it to them directly.
To everyone else - BEWARE! Luckily, I had heard of this many times before and had no intentions of sending him money. I was just hoping to get enough info to help investigators. Warn everyone else in business so nobody gets taken in by these thieves!
