They can, but it is not needed. When my leo was sick I fed him baby food with fruit (but usually chicken) mixed in with a calcium supplement. The main reason for this was because I had to force feed him (

The main reason for this was because I had to force feed him (not recomended). He was not eating and needed something of substance. They do not get much if any benefits from fruit but they can eat it. If you are wondering if they can eat it as a regular diet , NO definitely not.

leos are insectivors and need a healthy diet of well gutloaded bugs such as crickets and mealworms. i also offer my largest gecko, Beanie a live pink mouse every once in a while.
