Thinking of getting a Columbian B&W

You can see what I have on my signature below. I am fairly expierienced with herps so I think it would be a good time to step it up. Would a 4.5'x4' foot cage be good? Thats the same square feet as a 3'x6'. I also want to build a second level on half the cage. Also what is the growth rates of a B&W? I have a lot of free time on my hands to handle her.
