Well I guess they could be either/or really. They carry the gene for each trait and I had just figured that it was the two genes fighting over the pattern. Both of the traits are visiable and the belly, like many of my corns, is clear for the first half with some marking on the second. So I really can't say for sure which it is or if it is a combo of both traits.
