Is it a baby? Sometimes babies wont drink from a bowl Ive heard, and Ive read that you should mist them daily so they get enough water.
If its an adult, i wouldnt worry at all, Ive never seen my gecko drink from the bowl, though Ive only had her for 51 days now. She probably drinks at night when your asleep.

If she is still young make sure she is either misted a lot, or you have a humid hide. A lot of babies wont drink from a bowl, but they will drink the drops around their inclosure. Ive whitnessed a couple of my adults drinking. they lap it up like a dog. Its cute! I actually had a chance to see a baby drink to. It lapped up the water right off the moist paper towel in its enclosure.
