Alternatives to vivariums/terrariums for Dendrobates

bonusland2001 Apr 18, 2004 02:17 AM

Are vivariums/terrariums necessary for the healthy cultivation of Dendrobates?
To put it another way, could these animals thrive in a simple container as long as hides are available and humidity is appropriate?
Does anyone have any experience with alternatives?
Your responses are greatly appreciated.
