There are a couple.
DavidDC I believe is uk and Graham is also uk.
They pop in occasionally.
There are tons of uk based lists and they have quite good info but they are a little too 'set in their ways' for me.

I've only got the one baby Marginated tortoise

( and 3 bearded dragons , and 2 dogs and a rabbit LOL )

I see Grahams post as a little intimidading (sp?) but that is the man to talk to in your neck of the woods.
