I want a black and white argentine because they are so tame but don't like the size. On the other hand I want a blue because they are small but don't know if I could tame them. If anybody could list the pros and cons of each tegu that would be great...

I can't list the pros and cons, but I think you could tame ANY Tegu. The Blues are just a subspecies of the Black and Whites, so there isn't any major difference.

Even Columbians are tamable with enough effort.

If you like the black and whites but don't like how big they get, get a female black and white. Mine is 5 years old and just barely 3ft and tame as a puppy Good luck.
