From what I've been hearing, there's a very serious problem with establishing imports.
Your first step should be to rehydrate them, because they often arrive from importation dehydrated. Finding cb babies is...well, good luck.
From there...it's a dice roll. I would recommend keeping them for several months, then deparasitizing them. Just keep their enclosure very clean. Care isn't too different from anoles, nor do they have special feeding requirements. Lots of cover, plenty of moving water and daily misting, to encourage them to drink.
If you're lucky, some of them will still be alive 3 or 4 months after you get them. The rest will have expired. Why? The most likely theory now is kidney failure. The stress and dehydration they experience during capture and importation is very often too much for their kidneys.
The result is that they eat and drink, appear to be doing well...and then drop dead.
This is why I recommend holding off on worming, because deworming drugs can be hard on the kidneys.
It was originally theorized that these animals required ants in their diet, and that was why they died...this turned out not to be the case.
