I recently bought this little guy at a reptile expo in Orlando. I'm unsure how old he is exactly but he is 12 inches long. He is not aggressive in the least bit and has not once opened his mouth to bite. (In fact he is sitting inside my shirt sleeve right now.)
I'm wondering about his current age and at what rate he will grow.

Very cool, congrats on your new tegu! You can expect him to get to about 3 ta 3 1/2 feet long in a year or so. Just keep feeding him as much as you can until then!
