New 7 ft Male Coastal

Worldsocold Apr 18, 2004 05:42 PM

Earlier today I bought a 7 foot Male coastal carpet, and now I got him home and I was looking him over twice and I noticed a medium sized inflamed flap of skin right under where his head and neck meet. Im not sure what it is and i just took some pictures of it, but I don't remember how to post them. Anyone have any idea what this could be? He has eaten he actually still has the lump in in him, maybe a rats nail cut his mouth?

Thanks Pat

Hard to say without pics. What ever it is, with it being so close to the head I'd take him to a herp vet. Better safe than sorry
