I was wondering what everyone used for mealworm gut load?

I have a gut-load mix that I really like....3 of them actually. People are always asking me what I use in my gut-loads because my leos are so beautiful, bright, healthy, and have nice big fat tails. So I put it on my website, so people can just go there to see it. You'll be able to find the link right on the homepage.

The most extensive one that I use, other people use it as well, but some of them use it in another form or another, leave things out and such.
