Was your post yanked? I Did take a look and I don't see how you were advertising anything since nothing was on your available lists. Cool site though. I have a ? for you, what itermediate hosts can a /must a pinworm have to re-infect? I became concerned about recycling my mulch since it not actually composted.

thanks...i have alot of work to do on it.

pinworms have a direct life cycle, so i don't think an intermediate host is as much of an issue as any fecal matter that might remain in the substrate. the pin worms can reenter the host if any contaminated fecal gets consumed...via accidentally ingested substrate or contaminated water.

i spray my water bowls down with "virosan" and use newspaper substrate...which i realize isn't for everyone.

do you treat the substrate before it gets reused? how about baking it?

let me know, chris
