Took some pictures last night......

draybar Jun 14, 2003 03:39 PM

Took some pictures last night so I thought I would post a few.
Man it can be hard to get good pictures of these crazy animals.

female creamsicle: Arwen....hey! can't you see I'm taking a bath here?

male creamsicle: Strider

female amel: Yoda.....I am seriously beginning to wonder if she might be a creamsicle. Definitely more yellow then most true amels I have seen. I got her from the same place I got Arwen.
They might have accidentaly misslabled her.

male okeettee: Doc....I never can get a good picture of him.
He looks better then his photos.

male ghost: Jacob

new little anery: Legolas

female snow: Frosty...It is kind of hard to get a good picture but she has some pretty nice green borders around her saddles.

new baby snow: Yeti....this little guy has a very slight kink but has eatern twice now so I think it will be fine.

female snow: Glacier....I hid under here for a reason, thank you.

Nice pics. Why is the snow hidden for a reason? Is she gravid or did she just eat?

Hey Marcel,
She crawled into the hide when I went to get her out for photos so I just took a quick picture of her hiding and left her in peace.
She won't be ready to breed until next season.
here are a couple more pics of her.

You would like her then.
I know you are fond of snows with minimum yellow.
There is a little yellow on her neck but not much. I actually think the pictures bring her yellow out a little brighter then it is.
As you know, though, it is just sooo hard to get the true color of snows when photographing them. At least it is for me.
My digital is one of the early models.....a Sony Mavica FD71. it takes a 3 1/2 floppy disc and only has a 640 x 480 resolution. Makes it tough...LOL
