Jacksons Species Questions

i know there are a few types of Jacksons. my question is how do you teel which is which and can they interbreed?

Jacksonii Jacksonii is one species, Jackosnii Xanthopolous is another, and Jacskonii Merumontana is another. The Xanthopolous is the most common in the pet Industry.

Of course you probably can interbreed the species, but why would you? It only creates hybrids that interfere with the purity of the captive population.

I also had another that had tons more pictures, but I can't find it at the moment. If I find it, I will post it.

There was a HUGE debate about this months ago...search for "Meru" or "dward jacksons" and you might find the threads. It makes for some interesting reading.
