well at the top of the page there is a link its called "caresheets",and please whatever you do DONT! use A WHITE WATERDISH! a def. nono, white is like air to snakes they need blue for a waterdish, this way they can identify the bowl/dish as containing water
good luck

Wow, I've never even thought about that. Most of my snakes have white or black water dishes and they all drink from them. They seem to find the water by smell not sight.

Some people just don't want to help a new guy, do they? A white water dish will be just fine, the snake doesn't care what color the dish is as long as it has water in it. You might try putting the water dish in a corner of the cage, they tend to find it easier that way. I feed my young florida kings about every 4 to 5 days, and at 18" yours can probably eat fuzzy mice. Since you just got him, give him about a week to settle in to his new home before you try feeding him. There are a lot of good care sheets out there, read a lot and ask questions, you'll do fine. PM me if you have any other questions. Good Luck!

thanks i was told to let the fuzzys chill in there and hell eat when he wants is that cool?

As long as the fuzzy doesn't have it's eyes open it shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't leave it any longer than overnight because if he doesn't want to eat it will just cause him stress. Try to get your snake on pre-killed or frozenthawed as soon as possible. Most kings don't have a problem eating dead prey, and dead prey can't harm your snake.
