I'd like to see some pictures of full grown malis...how big do these guys actually get??? I've read 10-14 inches is that correct?

Large males might get a little longer than that (up to 16". Don't forget that they have a fairly heavy body and shorter tails, so a Mali will be much heavier than, say, a Saharan of the same snout-tail length.

There are several photos on Doug Dix's site www.deerfernfarms.com in the section showing his breeding stock. I think there are also quite a few photos in the gallery here on Kingsnake. Mine are not fully grown yet.

I suppose it depends on who you ask. In the wild I think it's something like 4-5 years. They start getting adult colors after the first year and keep developing with each shed. I've not had mine long enough to know first hand.
