female tiger het
Whoops, that wasn't a tiger or a het. Still a pretty snake though
Is there any way to edit messages after you post them? Here's my tiger het. Thanks for looking!
Very nice looking Retic. Is it true that Retics as they get older no longer have an immediate need to scatter and find shelter once in an open space?
You couldn't keep my baby retic still at all even on an empty queen size bed.
These snakes weren't exactly "sitting still" for extended periods of time. They seemed pretty excited about getting out and checking things out.
I couldn't tell you for sure if they don't "need" hiding spots or aren't "scared" as adults. They definitely are more comfortable as adults compared to when they are juvies-you'd have to imagine they kind of get an idea that a 15ft snake is a little tougher to eat than a rinky-dinky hatchling. But, if given the chance, I think many adults would make use of an appropriate hiding spot.
