Python Genreal Apperance! Worried father

jjtanderson Apr 20, 2004 12:20 AM

The heat sensing pores on the upper jaw, what color should they be on the inside? My baby ball has rather bright pink coloring inside of them. Is this normal or is it something to worry about? Also do balls have a greyish brown "discoloring" along the edges of the mouth (front).

I believe the pinkish color on the pits is because your baby's beginning to go into a shed cycle.

The grayish color I can't answer since I'm at work and would have to look at my BP. Do you have a pic?

Right now, if you don't see any other symptoms of health problems and know darn good an well you're up to par with your husbandry (double and triple checked) I wouldn't worry about it.
