dazz Apr 20, 2004 05:56 AM

I have a male bicintores and i was wandering if i can put a collaris or a vestigium in with him? providing its female though.

Has any of you guys tried this with good results?

Oh and if i could will they still breed or do they have to be the same subspecies?

Hi, not something any breeders want to do. I'm sure they will breed.

But its like mating a Collie with a Doberman, WHY would ya want to !

Most people want the species to stay pure. You should just get him a female bicinctores if you want to breed him.
They are really nice, I'm going to be getting a pair also, Like the way they look.

If you want more colorful collareds then get a pair of C. collaris, set up another tank.
Aquaflames, yellowheads, they all fall into this species.
