how much am i supposed to feed my cham, i feed it about 3 to 4 crickets 2 times a day, is there anything else i should know about my cham, im a new owner and no one really told me much, any info you can let me know would be greatly appreciated...

Yes, there are quite a few things you need to know if you want to keep him healthy and active.
How old is your chameleon? What species is it? What sex? Is it a gravid female? How are you supplementing? we can't help without more info.
And please tell up your exact setup specs.
