Hi,

I need live feeder rats weaned size or smaller. I've looked everywhere within an hour drive of me and I can only find rat pinkies or small rats. Nothing in between. I recently purchased a pair of Ball Pythons that are imprinted on rats. I've started breeding my own but I need a source to hold me over till the first litter. I'm in central Jersey by Sommerville.

I live in Elizabeth and I go to the Animals & Things in Woodbridge. It is located directly at the junktion of Rt. 1&9 and Rt. 35. They have a wide size selection of frozen mice and rats.

Hope that helps. If not just give them a couple smaller prey. Thats what I do when they are occasionally out of what I need.

Thanks, I've tried Animals and Things, but they never seem to have rat pups, just pinkies which don't last long enough to make it to pups. These two Balls wont take frozen. I've tried a bunch of times... paper bags the whole nine yards. They've never been fed mice so they're imprinted on rats.
