What do you use to purify water?

What are the options out there for purfiying water for use in a misting system?

I've seen dechlorination formulas, and then there's the reverse osmosis system (pricey.. but damn good).

Any opinions?

I actually use Arrowhead water, that I let stand for a day, and then treat using the ExoTerra misting conditioner. Works great, doesn't leave any water stains on the tank sides.
